The Library-Student-Faculty Building (LSF) houses the Library, Cafeteria, Cyber Cafe, Bookstore, Fitness Center, Aerobics Studio, Game Room, The Panther Cubs Child Care, and Assembly Hall, along with the Dean of Students, Continuing Education, Career Development, Activities, Athletics, and the Student Success Center.

This second major structure of the PNC campus was completed in 1975. Recently, renovations were made to the ground and first floors.
