What is Dual Credit/Concurrent Enrollment?
Dual Credit/Concurrent Enrollment is an option for qualified high school students to take courses that satisfy requirements for earning both a high school diploma and a college degree. This option gives high school students the opportunity to receive credit for high school and college by taking courses that are taught in the high school, during the regular high school day, and taught by qualified high school teachers.

Dual Credit/Concurrent Enrollment Approved Course Descriptions
Students considering dual credit/concurrent enrollment courses will be able to check the transferability of these courses by submitting course titles, course numbers, course descriptions and number of credit hours to the admissions office of the university/college of their choice. Students are also able to check for the pre-requisites required for a dual credit/concurrent enrollment course. All of this information is included in the list of Dual Credit/Concurrent Enrollment Course Descriptions. This information is also available in our On-line Course Catalog.
Cost for Dual Credit/Concurrent Enrollment Approved Courses
One of the benefits of taking dual credit courses in the high school is the tuition assistance program. Tuition for Dual Credit/Concurrent Enrollment courses that are not included on the State Dual Credit Priority Course List is $101.55 per credit hour (no additional fees or book costs), as set by the Board of Trustees at Purdue West Lafayette.
