Midwest Student Exchange Program

Midwestern Higher Education Compact Logo

Purdue University North Central participates in the Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP) of the Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC). What does that mean for you? It means if you’re a resident of Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, or Wisconsin, you may be able to enroll at PNC with significantly reduced tuition levels.

The MSEP program is offered to a limited number of undergraduate and graduate students, so don’t delay submitting your application. If you are accepted, you will only pay 125% of regular in-state tuition and that is a significant savings.

As a MSEP applicant, you must meet the standard admission criteria for PNC and to the specific program in which you are interested. Students pursuing a nursing major are not eligible for the MSEP program, but students in all other majors qualify for MSEP.
