Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP)

Purdue University North Central is a participant in the Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP) of the Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC). The program enables residents of Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Wisconsin, and Indiana to enroll in designated institutions and programs at reduced tuition levels. Participation at Purdue University North Central is limited to 100 undergraduate students (excludes Nursing Students), and 25 graduate students. Purdue University North Central's MSEP tuition is 125% of regular in-state tuition.

MSEP students must meet standard admission criteria to Purdue North Central and to specific programs. MSEP students are not eligible to enroll in any nursing program. MSEP students are eligible to enroll in all other programs. Check out the list of programs.
