Vice Chancellor Turner has been with Purdue University North Central since 1998. He serves as chief financial, business and development officer responsible for budget and fiscal operations, community engagement, human resources, facilities planning, capital projects, information technology services, campus safety, and serves as liaison between PNC and the Purdue Research Foundation for issues related to property acquisition and management.
