Vice Chancellor Turner has been with Purdue University North Central since 1998. He serves as chief financial and administrative officer. Responsibilities include:  budget planning and implementation, fiscal analysis and debt management, coordinating  community development and engagement efforts, information technology for academic and business units, human resources, strategic planning, facilities planning and capital investment, campus safety, regulatory compliance, property management and acquisition liaison between the University and Purdue Research Foundation.
