Stephen Turner joined the University in July 1998 and currently serves as Vice Chancellor – Finance and Administration.

In that role, Mr. Turner is responsible for managing a $47 million budget and overseeing all financial affairs, business services, human resources, physical facilities, auxiliary enterprises, and internal audit functions. He also supervises the information technology enterprise and all community engagement efforts. In addition, Mr. Turner coordinates financial relationships with affiliated corporations and is the liaison with the university’s foundation and legal counsel. He reports to both the Chancellor of Purdue University North Central and to the Senior Vice President for Business Services & Assistant Treasurer in West Lafayette.
