Psi Chi is an International Psychology Honor Society. According to the Psi Chi mission, the purpose of the Society is to �encourage excellence in scholarship� and �advance the science of psychology� (www.psichi.org, 2011). Membership in the Chapter is for students who are majoring in psychology or a psychology-related degree program. Eligibility for undergraduates includes: completion of 3 semesters at PNC, completion of 9 semester hours of psychology courses at PNC, ranking in the top 35% of their class in general scholarship, and having a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) in both psychology classes and in cumulative grades. Recruitment and induction occur once a year in the Spring semester only. Once you become a member you are a member for life.
